    • Kim, that is really nice of you to say. I love reading your stuff. Me being “all over the place” is a loaded observation! Have a good one!

  3. Good morning, Tony. I look forward to reading your guest post on Jason’s site. We find ourselves in another Grand Reformation of our finances. We love the support and expertise you provide, and we also appreciate you pointing to other experts in the field.

Sunny wishes for a great weekend!

  4. Some sage advice on your guest post Tony.

The direct correlation between debt and insomnia is quite striking isn’t it? I’m glad you’re sleeping better these days. Like you, without that financial burden I drift off into nightly unconsciousness like a baby these days (or at least a baby who can read a few pages of a good book first.)

You know, the ‘cut your credit cards up’ advice can seem a bit worn, but I’m so glad you put it at the top of your list. It really can be a powerful catalyst for change – one that alters your whole attitude to money, credit and debt. I’d be loathed to take out any form of credit these days, but being bled dry through credit card interest – I’d rather starve.

I never used the ‘Cash envelop system’ – although on many occasions I did resort to running my hand down the back of the sofa to find some extra cash for food. I think the envelope system could well have been an effective pre-emptive measure. :-)

Thank you for the shout on my post above Tony, very much appreciated and I will of course, find some way to return the favour.

    All the best, Gareth
